§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded by our acceptance of the customer offer.

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms

The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery is made digitally upon receipt of payment.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions.

§ 6 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 7 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
